There are two approaches to using Noni Juice. One is to use a "loading dose" for a period of time, followed by maintenance doses. The idea being that your body requires more Noni Juice at first until it starts responding. After this "loading period" users decrease dose to a maintenance level.
At Nothing But Noni we recommend a different approach. Our experience shows that it is better to start with 1-2 ounces a day and increase until desire results are obtained. We recommend this approach because new users may experience bloating or loose stool during the detoxification process. This process is a good sign that the Noni Juice is cleansing your intestinal tract.
Always take our Noni Juice on an empty stomach if possible. This is to minimize the nutrient damage caused by digestion.
Recommended Dose - 2 ounces per day. One in the morning and one in the evening, or both ounces in the morning.
Chronic Pain/Chronic Illness - 3 to 6 ounces per day. Divide dosage between morning and night if possible.
Cancer – 4 to 32 ounces per day. Spread dosage out through the day to keep the Noni Juice fresh in your system.
Increase or decrease dosage as needed.
As always, consult with your physician if you have any type of health condition before using this or any other nutritional product.
